I have a counselling Diploma, which is accredited by the Open College Network (OCN) and the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). I am also registered with the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (BACP). I utilise an integrated approach, adopting models such as Egan’s Skilled Helper, Personal Construct Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and the Adapted Crabb Christian counselling model, although I also offer other models of psychotherapy, depending upon the issues to be resolved and the perspective and world view of the client.
I am also an Associate Professor in Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management (HRM) with a honours degree and doctorate in psychology. I have over 30 years experience in business and academia combined and have expertise in team training, leadership development, personality assessment and educating at both Higher Education and organisational levels. I can offer personal
mentoring and development to individuals, as well as group facilitation and leadership development. My research expertise is in the area of trust, at an individual, group and organisational level; I am therefore experienced in helping people to measure, develop and facilitate trust within the workplace.
